How To Order
At Avila’s Pro Shop all of our products are the finest on the market, and we stand behind all of our products. When you order a product online or call the Shop you will talk to real people unless we are on the other line or out of the shop. We have over 20-years of experience as professional horse trainers to assist you in your decision, but the most important thing you can be assured of is that we don’t engineer down to a price we engineer up to a standard.
HOW TO ORDER
Ordering from Avila’s Pro Shop is simple.
- Use the navigation to the left or visit the “Catalog” section of this site. - Browse our products by clicking on the thumbnails of each product. - Once you find the product add it to your shopping cart. - On the top right of the site, is where you track items that are currently in your shopping cart. - You can check out at any time by clicking on the “May Cart” text link. - The first time you buy a product you will be asked to register with us. - Once you are done registering you will be sent an email with your username and password. - Please save this email so that if you visit us again you can login in.
You may find products that say “Call For Pricing”. These products usually have many options to choose from and one of our staff members will be able to talk to you over the phone and match you with the product that best fits your needs and budget. Return Policy : All return and exchange shipping fees are the responsibility of the customer. Products may be returned within 10 days, unused, and with the receipt of purchase. After 10 days there will be a store credit issued. All sales are final on sale itmes.
